Check to determine if you might qualify for benefits
If you would like to determine whether you qualify for benefits, please visit The Benefit Bank and complete the “quick check” qualification form. If it looks like you qualify, you can make an appointment with a counselor, who will contact the Benefit Bank on your behalf. If the Benefit Bank determines that you are likely to qualify, they will present you with a formal application for your completion and action.
