The BNOC is blessed to have the support of local residents.
And Jason Potes, owner of Stoodt’s Market in Bellville, is one of many residents for whom we are thankful.
From December 1, 2018, through Christmas 2018, Stoodt’s Market gave customers the opportunity to purchase $5, $10, and $20 bags of food items that would be donated to the Bellville Neighborhood Outreach Center.
This local holiday campaign resulted in a grand total of over $8,500 of donated goods, which amounted to 6,953 lbs of staple foods used to stock the shelves of BNOC pantry. These same food items will be given to local families-in-need who depend on the BNOC to help them through lean times.
We cannot extend our gratitude enough to Jason Potes, as well as all the generous customers and employees of Stoodt’s Market, who helped make this past holiday fundraising campaign a success.
