The Bellville Street Fair (Sept. 14th - 17th, 2022) is upon us!
It will affect our normal services and hours of operation. Here’s what you need to know…
Beginning April 15, 2019, the BNOC will be extending its Monday hours to 6 pm.
Formerly set at 10 am - 4 pm, the new Monday hours will be 10 am - 6 pm. We're hoping that keeping our doors open until 6 pm on Mondays will help clients that can't make it by 4 pm. This change will be for Mondays only. All other days / hours will remain the same.
