The Bellville Neighborhood Outreach Center board of trustee meetings are conducted at the BNOC offices located at 84 Main Street, Bellville, OH on the 4th Thursday of each month, from 7:00 – 8:30pm. If you would like to attend a BNOC meeting, please contact us as meeting dates and times may change from time to time.
